People from all walks of life are welcome to participate. This book can be used by principals, educators and learners during assemblies and other reflective times in the school and classroom.

Perhaps there is a quote from a book that you think is useful for young people or something your elders told you that has helped you in life! Share a poem or short story or put forward some of your own thoughts that you think are important for young people to hear and think about.

Submissions can be made IN ANY LANGUAGE. We encourage people to use all of the languages of South Africa. Remember that all submissions must be respectful of our diversity and our Constitution which binds us into one community.

The national campaign for the ‘Wisdom for Our Children’ will be launched on Mr. Mandela’s birthday (18 July 2007). Get a head start and submit your inputs today!
